PCB Procedures and Disposal

TMS EPA# NCR000135442

When TMS arrives at a customer site we consider all units PCB contaminated until tested and proven otherwise. If the customer has already tested the units the driver brings back a copy of the test results. Once units arrive at our location those considered PCB contaminated are tested by a certified lab. Any unit having PCB content greater than 49 ppm are placed in a containment area with PCB decals until picked up by a disposal company. Certificates of disposal are issued to the customer.

Glenn Edwards is our Environmental Safety Coordinator; he is responsible for maintaining and coordinating all of our safety procedures that are set in place to ensure our customers a peace of mind and quality workmanship concerning EPA Regulations. With these procedures in place it helps to also ensure all our employees a safe working environment.
